hi
i am getting a similar error

Error: zone-surface: invalid thread[2]

could someone tell how to solve .

It is bit tricky to answer with such small amount of details available.

Anyways, first thing you must do it check the monitors setup. It is possible that the surface or volume for the monitor has been renamed or deleted.

Thank u for the response,,i am getting the error even before the monitors have been set.the error is due to some problem in meshing, i have used face split to mesh the domain

Hi shirlin,

I am also facing this problem but could not able to solve it by re-meshing, can you please suggest how to do it.

Thank you

Hi guys,
I faced the same error when exporting the mesh to the solver.
I figured out that the problem resided on some faces I named improperly after I've done the mesh (in the aim to define boundary conditions by after).

Obviously, the parts' names should not interfere.

I hope it will help )
