Cfd Laminar or kepsilon

Hello,
i am trying to simulate a room climate concept with the focus on the risk of cold air falling down on the 2.8m Windows (especially the Frames). For some reason i do not get any air velocity using the the kepsilon Model although the surface Temperature of the Windows is signifikant under the room Temperature... However with the Laminar solver the results seem for me to be more realistic. Is this solver appropriate (I actually dont think so)? Or does somebody have other ideas? The Problem from my Point of view is that there seems to be no convection at all. Even the velocity of the incoming air is almost Zero after approx. 30cm...
