Hi,
im trying to simulate an air flow throgh a certain pipe, and i need the inlet velocity to varry in time according to the following function: v=1.384*sin(4pi*t-pi/2)+1.384 i tried to insert an expression to boundry condition->inlet->velocity magnitude->expression but im not sure how to write the correct syntax, plus if this is the way to do it. please help |

Dear ofri,
you might have a look at the "uniformFixedValue"-BC ("timeVaryingUniformFixedValue" in older OF versions). Among other options, it can take a table of values vs. time and interpolates the current value in between. Regards, Hannes
