Define boundary condition between two solids

Hi everybody!
I'm modeling conduction heat transfer between two solids with different materials connected to each other. What type of boundary condition I should choose for connecting surface? Interface, Internal, or Wall?

It is a coupled wall interface.

Can I set it as a interior face ?What's the influence if I set it as interior face?

I have no idea what would happen except that it is entirely wrong to do so. Interior regions are interior. Interior regions cannot be used as interfaces.
