Problem Statement

I am simulating the sphere in a pipe. It moves under the aerodynamic/hydrodynamic forces. It is moving plus sphere is also changing shape under the influence of applied forces by fluid.

Problem

I have seen in ansys help the I cannot simulate the case where the system coupling boundary (sphere in my case) is also deforming i.e. changing its shape. As it is quoted in system coupling guide that :

Quote:
The mesh on the fluid-structural interface is static, so as the fluid mesh is modified to accommodate
the deformation in the transient system, the mapping on this coupling interface stays consistent.

What is the proposed solution to this problem? Any idea?

I read somewhere that mesh morpher is good in this case!!!

Thank-you
