How to calculate pressure drop between inlet and outlet at interior surfaces?

hi
can any one tell me how can calculate pressure drop between inlet and outlet at interior surfaces. i am not sure what to use mass or area weighted average.

Static pressure drop should be an area-weighted average. For example if you are trying to calculate the friction factor or pressure drop through a pipe.
