Problem with non-positive volume

1 Attachment(s)
Hi everybody,

I am currently working on my final year project and designing and simulating compression ignition engine. I have done the geometry work of piston bowl. The problem i am facing is that when I am done with the pre-mesh and write the output to be exported into the Fluent Solver, then after I check the mesh in Fluent, i get the Mesh Check Failed error. I am attaching the ICEM CFD file upto pre-mesh. Kindly look into it and tell me if there is anything wrong while exporting it to Fluent so that I don't get any non-positive volumes or mesh check errors. It will be of great help

Thankyou

check elements with zero or negative quality

Acticate "Penetrating Elements" in the Check Mesh Panel in ICEM. It is disabled by default. Penetrating elements can cause non-positive-volumes.
