Exporting Data from FLuent to Tecplot

Dear all,

Does anyone has an idea about what kind of data to export for further analysis? There different options- say, case, data, case & data, solution etc. If you are looking at analyzing the interior of the model, what kind of data is appropriate here.

Thanks.

What is your question?

You can simply export all the data to tecplot and have fun with it. Or do you want to only export data at specific planes? Then specify those surfaces in your surface manager and export data there.

Thank you LuckyTran for your quick reply.

I want to analyse the interior zone, I would like to know what data exactly should I export. I know how to chose the surfaces and parameters but before that there are a number of options before >> case, case and data, profile, solution data, etc. I want to know especially the difference between solution data and case/case and data?

Thank you.
