Hello,

I'm facing a VOF transient problem with the following geometry:

If at a given time step I look at the flux report I see:

Should the net flux be zero for each time step? Taking into account that I'm entering polymer at 580K and extracting air, I don't think that I should have a 0 net flux. However, I have read that the imbalances should be zero! Maybe the imbalances should be zero at a steady state calculation?

Thanks a lot.

Somebody has the theoretical background? Should the net flux be zero at each time step of a VOF simulation?
