Transient mixing of 2 flows
 

Hello all,

I am running a transient simulation where I mix a cold stream of water (300K) with a hot stream (350K).

The problem is that at time = 0 seconds the water inside the pipe is at 315 K more or less. My question is, how can I set the initial temperature inside the pipe at 300 K?

In the pics show the simulation at t = 0s and at t = 2.5 s (end)

Once initialized, click at the Patch button and patch the zone at the desired temperature.
