Hello,
i want to simulate protein denaturation in channel. My fluid is milk containing protein which react in 2nd order reaction. My question is how to define my fluid? thanks |

i'm new in fluent. i have all properties of fluid but i don't know how to introduce protein properties |

i must studiyng the protein denaturation which is containing in milk. the denaturation is a 2nd order chemical reaction
