i try to simulate solar air heater with natural convection in fluent, and i want to find a independent mesh of geometry but when i change mesh of 290000 to 600000, temperature of outlet and velocity of outlet does not change considerably.
why don't they change?and how can find independent mesh?

Try reducing the mesh density instead of increasing it and see what happens.

when i want to decrease mesh,aspect ratio is increase and mesh near the boundry layer become big.

Do you have a fixed boundary layer width or can you adjust it? Why not let it grow a bit longer as to confirm with the larger interior cells?
