Sound Directivity Plot in Aero-acoustic analysis, Fluent

Hi,

I am carrying out aero-acoustic analysis of a turbine blade (3D) using FW-H model, transient simulation using LES in FLUENT 16. I would be glad if anyone could help me to know how to plot the sound directivity and acoustic pressure contours (see image). I also tried Broadband noise prediction model, but couldn't find such options.

Hello, what exactly did you mean in your question?
Normally, directivity can be plotted in Matlab for example as plot(Prms^2*cos(theta),Prms^2*sin(theta)). That really depends on what exactly you need.
