Fluent received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)

Hello
I have problem with Fluent, which ejects me that kind of errors stored in cortex.txt file. Does anyone can help me to find out what this refers to??

Error [cortex] [time 1/27/16 23:44:53]
C:\PROGRA~1\ANSYSI~1\v145\fluent\fluent14.5.0\win6 4\2ddp\fl1450s.exe received fatal signal (ACCESS_VIOLATION)
1. Note exact events leading to error.
2. Save case/data under new name.
3. Exit program and restart to continue.
4. Report error to your distributor.

Are you using any user-defined functions? If so, what are they and are you using user-defined memory?

let me know, when this error came....while running simulation or while open fluent...? most probably this was due to license or Ram problem

I think it's rather problem with graphics, because I can launch Fluent and any case without problems but the graphics window display nothing :(

It looks like on attached image

Ya...it is taking the Mesh but it was not showing means make sure do you tick the DISPLAY MESH Option before opening fluent

No, I think you're wrong, because I also checked Fluent launching with this option.. :(
I'm pretty sure that's graphics problem because I have on my computer integrated graphics card and additional Nvidia's one. So, when I try to launch Fluent with this second, graphics window works normally, but error I indicated is still present.

Does anyone can help to find a solution?
