How to read .hmf files

Hi guys,

I have kept a transient run over the weekend on my pc and made it to save animation files for each time step. I left the default metafile format on and left. Later on Monday when I came back the system has restarted due to some problem and I don't have the final case and data files. But I have .hmf files of the run saved in the case folder for all iterations. How can I open them and see the results?

Don't be too lazy to do some googling. And next time, set up the autosave for .cas/.dat files if you need the data later on.

Yeah checked that thread. None of them work for .hmf format.

Anyways, I just found out that we can just read the .cxa file that fluent creates along with .hmf files in any Fluent case and play it, create animation files. Thank you.
