Packed bed, pressure drop simulation

1 Attachment(s)
Hello there!

I try to simulate the pressure drop in a packed bed, consisting of spheres with 3mm diameter, as you can see in the image.

on the right side, i have the inlet -> type pressure inlet (gauge pressure 2.800.000 Pascal, Supersonic/Initial Gauge Pressure 2.800.000)
on the left side the outlet -> type pressure outlet (gauge pressure 0, radial equibilirium pressure distributipon, traget mass flow rate 0.244 kg/s)

i simulated 3 times and all the time, the pressure after the packed bed increases instead of decreasing. Why is that?

the turbulence model i chose is ske.

thanks for help!
