Hello,
I have a probelm that I have to simulate urgently. The problem is a tank with a diameter of 400mm and total length of 2m. Part of this tank is a sieve (let's say at a heigh of 600mm from the feed nozzel of the tank) with the same diameter of the tank 400mm. The probelm is the sieve! How can I simulate the sieve, shall I use porous media as an approach (Eventhough I don't know the porosity coffiecents, ect) and shall I put boundary conditions for the sieve or ansys assumes that automatically since there must be a cetrain amount of flow that goes through the sieve. Any help will be highly appreicated. Best Regards, Yousef |
