Problems with a mixing tank

Hello!

I have a problem with a simulation, the impaller in the mixing tank can´t rotate, the issue is that the impaller has a traslational motion, not a rotational motion as it should.
I attached some images to be more specific with my issue.

Thank you to anyone who will help me understand. Sorry for bad my english. Have a nice weekend
