transfer function from step response

As in the plot, I initiate a increase at inlet total pressure and check how long the pressure measurement takes to feel the step.The plot has negative value after I normalized parameters. I use bode and the bodeplot does not make sense for me, then switch to fft and it's a mess which has vortex shedding frequency that I cannot tell which is the correct transfer function.
Any suggestions? |
