model disappear

i am making an aerodynamic simulation of a car, and i am having a problem, when i name each section of the model on the mesh for example( inlet, outlet, wall,...), the mesh on the setup disappears, and i can not see anymore,

The following message errors appears:

Mesh-operation and/or zone settings are incompatible. First resolve it manually
by visiting 'Mesh->Recorded Mesh Operations->Edit Incoming Zones... -> Match Zone Names...' .

Model information is incompatible with incoming mesh.

when i try access the recorded mesh operation as recommended on the message, there is no information on that box.

attached is a image.
