Operating Temperature Evolution Methods around Electronics Units

Hello,

After having got a temperature distribution in Fluent around an electronic unit which generate heat inside , what is your evalotion criteria whether this object will work or not under its environmental specifications?

Because if you try to read the wall temperature it is considerably high in case you define heat flux on to its surface as a wall BC.

For example in the elec.unit's data sheet, it is said that at maximum +55°C room temperature or medium temperature, it can works.

How do you get any working temperature of units in your analysis, what is your method to say:

-the unit temperature is like +48°C according to my analsis.

I have some method but I am not sure it is correct or not.

You can also adress me any journal or something like that.

Thank you.
