I'm simulating a PEM fuel cell with the addon-module of fluent , but under current conditions it's producing hydrogen instead of consuming it , this become more evident when I try to raise the relative humidity. I'm really confused , I can't figure out what's going on. any help will be highly appreciated thanks.

If you look at the mole fraction of H2 in the channels, it is normal. Because of the electro-osmotic drag, some of water travels through to cathode and it seems like amount of H2 is increased in the channels. You should check the net mass flux.
