Hi all.
I am simulating a 2D airfoil S823 from NREL for a velocity of 3 m/s with various angle of attacks and 0 deg, 3 deg, 6 deg, 9 deg, 12 deg, 15 deg. I have simulated till now for 0 deg, 3 deg, 6 deg & 9 deg. I found that the lift coefficient is increasing with AoA and drag coefficient is decreasing with AoA. Is it the correct trend for the lift and drag coefficient to vary in this manner. Please help. I am unable to find any literature in this regard form where i can verify my results.
Any help will be highly appreciated.
