Default Boundary Condition of Stationary Fluid

Hi all,

as fluid's velocity is zero, which one BC should be chosen in FLUENT. I have only temperature value and I would like to see how to be affected its temperature distribution

That is not wall , or something but I have thought that velocity inlet is correct choice
