Profile Update Interval in Process Cycle Time

Hi all,

I am working on temperature distributions of 3D glass mould equipments.

The model that I have created takes about 2 seconds under manufacturing conditions and that cycle continues 2 seconds without stopping.

So,

I have chosen something in ''Run Calculation '' panel.

Time step size (s) : 0.01
Number of time step : 200
Max iteration /Time step :20

Profile Update Interval :3

That is, I wanted to try 3 first cycle time. That's why I have chosen ''3'' profile update interval,

What I understand is that profile update interval start over (that is, inlet boundary condition input that has entered takes place) after flow time finishes ( time step size x number of time step)

All above things are correct or not?

Kind Regard,
