Hot air mechanical dryer simulation
 

I wanted to analyse a hot air mechanical ,stationary tray drier , to find out the amount of moisture vaporised. I know the temperature and humidity content of the product to be dried. But i don't know how to model the tray and how to find out the amount of moisture vaporised. please help.................
