Hi guys,
I'm trying to solve a heat transfer problem of a partially filled container. For example, a closed container which is 50% filled by water. The rest volume is air. The initial temperature of the system is -15 °C. Natural convection at the wall and the water-air interface are all with an ambient temperature at 30 °C. There is no motion during the process. The objective is to predict the ice shape during freezing. Does anyone know how to build the model in Fluent? Thanks! Last edited by y_jiang; September 22, 2016 at 15:51. |
