Need the right Approach for solving Centrifugal blood pump

Thanks a lot in advance.

I am trying to solve a problem on Centrifugal pump.
I have a rotor and a stator (2 parts). with 4 surface interfaces b/w them.

in fluent : i need to know about the interface boundary conditions that i should give...is "coupled wall" ok ?

Rotor and stator are both of "fluid type cell zones" as we see in most tutorials....

what is the option for "counter rotating wall" of CFX , correspondingly in fluent. ?

I wish someone helps me with a reply or suitable thread links or anything that i might not have come across...
