Wrong oscillatory torque of a water wheel

Hello members.

I am simulating a water wheel, and I succeeded in the past, but with this water wheel I have got one problem.

The shaft torque oscillates during the time, but the oscillation period is not the frequency of the rotating wheel (the wheel is made of 12 blades), but very very small! Probably it is a numerical error. I have tried with different time steps, but this oscillation still remains. In attach there is a Figure.

Thank you!

Could you check If the moment center is same as center of the wheel?

Thank you very much.
Yes, it is the same. I have tried also using different numerical schemes, but it is always the same...
