Divergence detected in AMG solver: temperature

1 Attachment(s)
i am analysing the heat distribution inside a passenger car. for that i imported the model from solidworks and continued the process but i am getting warnings like:

Note: zone-surface: cannot create surface from sliding interface zone.
Creating empty surface.
Info: Interface zones overlap for mesh interface contact_region-contact_region_2-contact_region_8-contact_region_3-contact_region_8-contact_region_9-contact_region_4-contact_region_5-contact_region_8-contact_region_6-contact_region_8-contact_region_9-contact_region_7-contact_region_9.
This could adversely affect your solution.
Warning: Failed to correct face handedness of 92 out of 148 left-handed faces on the sliding interface zone 16.

and ignoring these warning when calculating solution it display: Divergence detected in AMG solver: temperature

Firstly you have to look in to why you have left handed mesh faces. In your case the reason is the non-matching meshes at interfaces. Other reason is sharp angles or corners in the geometry.

The easiest way would be to fix the mesh with TUI commands. If you can not, then you have to generate the mesh again.
