Hello,

Let's suppose that I make a CFD simulation of a fire in a specific place, for example a building.

My question is: is it possible to integrate the Fluent results in another software (like STEPS, Pathfinder) to make an evacuation simulation?

Thank you very much indeed.

Best regards.

Hi, interesting idea.. I do not really know about the software that you are trying to connect to fluent but I guess you could export whatever results you need from a simulation and reformat them for your other software.. If you are trying to do some strong two-way coupling between the tools e.g. of a dynamic problem, I have the feeling that is very challenging.. Have you tried solving everything in one program?
