Black screen appears when trying to Open Fluent

Dear All,

this's my first time to post a thread on this forum, sorry if i post in the wrong place...

I've a problem in opening Ansys Fluent;
My laptop hangs up and the screen become black when i try to open Fluent. on the other hand, geometry and meshing run very well.

Have anyone faced this problem before?
What should I do to run fluent properly? Is it a licence problem?

I tried many things...
1. checked all windows updates and drivers, everything seem to be fine.
3. Installed of different versions of Ansys (17, 15, 14, 13) all of them give me the black screen
4. Installed of different types of windows 7 (ultimate, enterprise, 32-bit and 64-bit)

My Labtop is EliteBook 8560P;
i7-2760 QM - 2.4 GHZ (8 CPUS) / 12 GB RAM

I'd really appreciate your help.

Delete the current theme of Windows.
