Hello.I need zour help

I want to set up the far field for an SRF of an one-blade horizontal wind turbine.

The farfield should include:

-Geometry of a cylinder
-velocity inlet with the speed of the Wind (10m/s)
-Rotational Motion Frame with the Speed of the windturbine (300rpm)
(in this case I can solve a stationairy problem, if I put in an stationary blade)

Aim:
The Aim is to set up a far field which has straight Streamlines from inlet to outlet, if I look at it with the same speed as the Frame is turning.

Problem: the streamlines always get an additional motion.
In Case 1 I think the streamlines get a negative acceleration of the non moving outlet.
In Case 2 I thougt it's just a problem with a bad mesh, but even with a finer mesh the results getting more worse!

I tried different setups. check the images please.

So would be happy if someone can figure out the problem and can help me (sorry for my bad english language)

I need a cylindrical Fluid which has a homogenous translational velocity in the direction of its main axis and a homogenous rotational velocity around the same axis.

Thanks
