Hi,
I am running a DPM erosion case in Fluent on 128 cores on a Linux cluster. The problem description is as follows: · The maximum number of steps set for the Lagrangian tracking was set to a very high (conservative) value of 20000. This apparently created some accumulation of data inside Fluent, as if the software retained information on sand particles that escaped the domain a long time ago (most are exiting after 1500 time steps, the oldest live up to 5000 steps). Lowering this value to 2500 “cured” the problem. Has anybody else experienced this problem before? Any help would be appreciated Thanks |
