Guys in doing a simulation on disc brake,I created a diamsc geometry inside another disc shaped air geometry.I have to input heat flux from disc surface,so I created 2 surface for heat input on disc surface but to create interface be disc and air I'm using the same surface again .so during meshing error msg occurs and says overlap of same surface.

Then I try to do without doing interface ,even then the solver is taking the heat input surface default as interface and I cannot apply thermal properties.
Plz suggest me a solution.

In a vessel which has a vent(as wall in the first step and then as output in the second step),premixed reactants as natural gas (Methane) in ambient conditions will be exploded with an ignition source (adiabatic) and after a specific Pressure Vent will be removed and the second step will be started, some burned gases will go out and because of more air/oxygen bigger explosion will occur (while the Vent is open)...
I don´t know if I can setup Fluent in the first step (when it has no inlet) and simulate ignition,
also, if I can use the Vent simultaneously for input and output in the second step...?

Can someone guide me how can I be inform about a tutorial or source to setup my simulation in Fluent? - ResearchGate. Available from: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Ca...tion_in_Fluent [accessed Nov 20, 2016].
