Ribbed duct meshing -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

gpallabi20 New Member PALLABI Join Date: Nov 2016 Posts: 8 Rep Power: 9	Hello everyone, i have a doubt about mesh size. Is is required that the mesh size of both smooth duct and ribbed duct should be same? I have a mesh size with inflation layers 13 for smooth duct. Is it necessary that the inflation layer of ribbed duct should also be 13? I tried, but the meshing fails for ribbed one.
