Hydrophobic and Hydrophilic wall conditions

Hello

I'm simulating flows inside a Microfluidic device in which surface tensions and wall adhesion are not negligable.
I'd like to do two simulations;one with a wall which is fully hydrophobic (represent a wall made of glass) and the other is a hydrophilic wall (represent a wall made of PDMS).

I'd like to use either a VOF or Mixture models, but I noticed that when Mixture is used - wall adhesion and surface tension cannot be defined.

So,how shall I charcterize the two behaviors in Fluent?
I thought define them by the shear conditions rather then the surface tension.
Is it right to assume that a fully hydrophobic wall one might expect zero shear stress?

Any other ideas will be highly appreciated.

In VOF model, wall adhesion can be applied.
