Help with running fluent on Linux, initializing and patching

Hello!:)

I'm trying to run fluent on Linux and I'm wondering how to patch initial condition with my inputfile?

I want to initialize the solution first, then mark the region showed below.

Then, I need to patch the initial condition in this region:
"water's volume fraction =0"

I have found the command "/solve/initialize/initialize-flow" to initialize the solution and it works ,but I don't know how to mark and patch with commands.

Code for my inputfile recently:

Thank you !!
