Impinging jet on Plate

Hi everyone.

I am simulating 2D impinging jet flow by Ansys fluent. and I get the result in attached photo. but I have a problem with calculating Nusselt number. You can show me how to plot it from Ansys.
I am a new member, and English is not my mother language. Therefore, there will be a lot of mistake in text.
