No Vortex shedding for diameter of 20mm in flow past cylinder
 

I am trying to get the laminar vortex shedding at Re=80 for air flow past cylinder in 2D keeping the cylinder diameter in the range of 20 mm,I am using the laminar-viscous model to do so. I have used very fine mesh near the cylinder wall.I am using a time step size of 0.001
The problem is if I try to simulate the vortex shedding for a typically large diameter i.e. 1m I get proper von Karmann vortex street, drag and lift coefficients and strouhal number plots. However as soon as I decrease the diameter to 20 mm, I do not get any of these values in agreement with those reported in literature. Kindly help!
