Hi all
I monitor drag, lift and momentum in ANSYS Fluent (plot and write) and save the project. After restarting computer, when I want to continue the solution, drag, lift and momentum monitors start from beginning. How can I resume monitoring? (i.e begin from last saved status) |

Thank you for your reply Kushal Puri,
When i restart the simulation, it asks that "save changes to this simulation only" and "save changes to this and future simulations", no matter which one is selected, but when it starts running, previous monitors disappear and monitors start from beginning. i am writing the monitor files, and plot them in Excel. i simulate a transient simulation, so the arrangement of time steps is important. (i.e time steps should be Continuous). I have this problem when there is blackout and computer turns off. Thank you again, for your kindness. |
