Fluent bug help

Hi guys, I am new to ANSYS fluent and am having a bit of an issue. I am using workbench and it worked fine till a few days ago, I cant seem to get some of the options under "tree" to appear for fluent for some reason. I have tried to uninstall it and reinstall again, but the same problem continues. It also does not load the geometry and meshing. Any help is appreciated.
