Unstructured mesh decay in Fluent

1 Attachment(s)
Hi,

I want to create a circular, unstructured mesh for an airfoil in 2D, with a structured inflation layer around the airfoil body. I have attached a picture of a pointwise mesh that looks like the one I want to create. In ANSYS Fluent 17.2, I can't find a decay function that allows the size of the mesh cells to increase towards the outer domain boundary. Now I'm thinking of making several bodies of influence within the domain, with different cell sizes. Does anyone have a solution where I can just define a bias factor of some sort for the entire domain?
