When doing transient conjugate heat transfer analysis, is it possible to set more iterations for solid domain than for fluid domain?
Because the flow in the fluid domain is stable after a few iterations in each time step but the heat flux in the solid not. I think increasing the iteration number only for solid would speed up the solution, but I dont know how to increase the iteration number only for solid and not for solid and fluid together. Any ideas are welcomed. |

I'm not sure that's possible, but two things you could do to speed up the problem:
- Turn your flow and turbulence equations off, solving only the energy one. - Reduce the cp of your solid, so that it heats up quicker. |
