User defined function for moving heat source
 
I am working on weld pool modelling project and i am new to fluent. I am running short of time and wasnt able to code a udf . Could anyone please provide me with a moving heat source udf .

I don't want to sound like a complete *$$, but it would have been more useful if you had made one post with a proper, more detailed, description of what you need instead of five very vague, and shallow, posts.

So if you want some help, either from me or people who know more about those sort of things, please be more explicit in what you need, because "moving heat source udf" doesn't say much. You can always read the "How to ask a question on the forums" guide to help you with what kind of information to provide in your post.

I am a new user and sorry for the lack of proper details in my question . I am working on a weld pool modelling and I need to traverse a Gaussian distributed Heat source over the workpiece centre line . I need a User defined function of the same coded in C ; I think i could edit the parameters if i get a sample moving heat source code .
