Problems while running Cold Flow simulation 3D/ requesting 2D gmtry and tutorial ICE

I have tried running serial-double precision and serial-single precision and also in double precision mode.
After running through about 300 iterations I ran to this problem in fluent
"The fl file could not be started"
If anyone happen to have the files for 2D geometry & tutorial file for IC engine simulation please email me at jyotishrajt@gmail.com
I have attached the file which displays my system info and the fluent screenshot. Please help.
