setting static pressure as bc

Hello,
for a university project we need to simulate a manifold (as shown below). The task is to set the static pressure at the two small outlets/inlets so that:
1. p1 = p2 and
2. p2 - p1 = 750mbar.
The Problem is that we're only able to set the total pressure and not the static pressure. Can someone help?

What code is this for?

ANSYS Fluent :)

You can actually use a pressure outlet as an inlet. Fluent will complain there is reverse flow, but you can ignore it. It's not allowed because it's usually a non-sensible thing to do (and also practically impossible).
