ANSYS(Fluent) Wind-Mill simulation

I am a newbie in using Fluent and hence would greatly appreciate all the help I can get here .

I am trying to simulate the effect of wind on the blades of a wind-mill . I am not sure about the cell-zone conditions and boundary conditions .

I initially tried to do the simulation using Solidworks Flow Simulation . But there I was asked to specify the angular velocity of the rotating region . That is not what I am looking for .

I want the blades to be initially at rest . When the inlet velocity hits the blades , only then I want them to start rotating due to the wind . To that effect I am not sure how to set up the cell-zone and boundary conditions , because everywhere it looks like I have to specify the speed of the rotating region.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Please do not post fluent questions in here. Posting in both the main forum and the fluent subforum isn't the correct way to ask.

I realized that , hence I posted in the Fluent forum after posting here . I don't think there is a delete option in the mobile app , so I am not able to delete the OP .

But all these things aside , can you help me with my problem ?
