I am using fluent for my simulations. I am using hexahedral mesh created in ICEM .My geometry consists of 3.5 million elements. How is the solver affected by following mesh quality report

Determinant 3*3*3 : All elements more than 0.4 ; 0.2 for 16 elements
Quality : 120 elements less than 0.1
Min angle : 320 elements having less than 9
Eriksson skewness : 110 elements less than 0.1

I am having a problem with convergence. Since my geometry and numerical settings are simple. Is the meshing quality affecting convergence?
Thank You
