Heat Flux Calculation

Hello,

I am doing a CFD Analysis for to parallel plates. I first performed an adiabatic run to calculate the temperatures at the faces and then with that temperature profile I conducted a Isothermal tun to calculate the heat flux. However, I would like to know what equation does fluent use to solve the heat flux at the walls.

please refer to 6.3.14.11. Heat Transfer Calculations at Wall Boundaries in this file. I think that you need.

I believe this is either from the theory guide of fluent, or the user's guide

These are the 15.0 release, but i don't think it does a big change for most common applications...
